Hello beauties, World Health Day is celebrated every year on 7th of April. I would like to share my quick 10 Beauty promises to myself. Lets take advantage of this opportunity and share with each other our beauty promises and see ourselves more beautiful and healthy for coming days. Have fun ! :)
1. Dark chocolate A Day (1 Piece= 7 gm):
The cocoa in the dark chocolate contains plant nutrients known as Flavonoids which are rich in antioxidants and detox the body repairing the damages pollution and bad food has caused. Dark chocolate is good for heart and is low in dairy and sugars.
2. Green tea A day (2 cups):
Green tea comes in many flavors too like orange,pomegranate, honey, blueberry,peach,ginger. I will try and alternate them to enjoy wholesome goodness.
3. Brain exercise and Neurobics for mind:
Neurobics are a kind of mental exercises which improve brain's thinking potential and enhance neuron activity. I will soon do a blog post as its an interesting topic to discuss with you all.
4. Nuts and sprouts A day (Odd time hunger pangs):
5. Self Care days (Face Mask + Spa Bath + Hair conditioning+ Massage):
Twice a week I plan to have self pampering and rejuvenate myself for that all time glow. Spa bath and Hair conditioning will be done first. Followed by relaxing massage by my lover :-p
And not to forget Scrubbing and face masks will be last steps.
6. No makeup/skin product day:
Let the skin take a day off and let it breath. I love my skin the way it is and will always think positive about it. I will not aim for perfection but dedication to keep my skin happy and healthy. After all who has a perfect skin? :-p
7. Exercise 20 mins A day:
Thrice a week I promise to do rigorous cardio exercise/jogging and remaining days I will do yoga, Pilates and deep breathing to keep my mind and body young and fit always.
